Every plan has checkout, invoicing, customer balances, stock control across branches, expiry and batch tracking, purchases and goods receiving, returns, staff shifts, cashbook, full reporting with CSV and PDF export, and the audit log.
Notes on billing
Things worth knowing before you pay
- You start on Free whichever plan you want.
- Accounts are created on the Free plan and upgraded from inside the application once you have looked around.
- Billing is in Nigerian naira.
- Wherever your business is, subscription payments are charged in naira through Paystack, with Flutterwave as a backup. That is separate from the currency your own prices display in, which you set yourself and can change whenever you like.
- Paying yearly costs ten months.
- The saving is built into the figures above rather than applied as a code at the end.
- Hitting a limit stops the action, it does not bill you.
- Add a product past your plan's limit and the system blocks it and tells you which plan lifts it. You are never charged for going over.
- Cancelling leaves your access running.
- You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Subscription payments are not refunded. Full terms on the refund policy.
- Moving down a plan needs room.
- If you are above the limits of the plan you are moving to, reduce first. The system will tell you what needs to come down.
Pricing FAQ
Is the Free plan a trial?
No. It has no end date. It has limits, and when you pass one the system tells you.
What happens if a payment fails?
The account carries on for seven days while you sort it out. After that it goes read-only, so your records stay visible but no new sales, invoices or payments can be recorded until the subscription is current.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from inside the application. Moving down requires your usage to fit the smaller plan first.
