OsemFlow does not sell for you. It keeps track of what you have, what went out, who paid and who has not, when the selling happens in your inbox.
The problem
Orders in the inbox, records nowhere
The selling is the part that works. Someone sees a post, messages you, you agree a price, they transfer, you send it out.
The problem is everything around that. Three people ask for the same item and you are not sure whether you have three. Someone says they paid and you are scrolling back through transfers to check. A customer takes two things and pays for one, meaning to settle the rest, and a month later neither of you is certain what is left.

What it actually does
Stock, invoices and balances
Stock you can trust before you promise it.
Every item in one list with a real quantity behind it. When something goes out, the figure drops. When three people ask for the same thing, you know whether you have three. Stock cannot go below zero, so you cannot promise what you have already sold.
Invoices instead of screenshots.
Raise an invoice against a named customer with the items and prices on it. Download it as a PDF and send it however you normally talk to them. It is a record on both sides rather than a message that scrolls away.
Payments recorded, balances kept.
When someone pays, record it against the customer. It settles their oldest unpaid invoice first, then the next. The screen shows exactly where it went before you confirm. Where a payment covers part of an order, the invoice shows what is still owed rather than depending on you remembering.

Invoices do not need to be paid in full to be raised, so someone paying half now and half on delivery is a case the system expects rather than one you work around.
Being clear about what this is not
There is no shop front
OsemFlow has no online store, no product page for customers, no checkout link, no payment collection from your buyers, and no delivery or shipping tracking. It does not connect to Instagram, WhatsApp or any marketplace.
You keep selling exactly where you sell now. This is the record behind it: what you hold, what left, who owes what.
If you were looking for something to build you a storefront, this is not it, and we would rather say so on the page than after you have signed up.
Growing into it
For when it stops being a side thing
The system was built for shops, which means it carries more than a one-person operation needs on day one. That turns useful as you grow.
Raise purchases against suppliers and receive them in full or in part, with your average cost recalculated on each delivery so you know what a thing actually cost you across several buys.
Take returns against the original invoice, in full or in part, reducing what the customer owes where the invoice was not fully paid.
Add staff with limited access when someone starts helping. A Cashier can raise invoices and record payments but cannot change prices, void anything or see your reports.
If you ever open a physical counter, checkout is there for walk-in trade, drawing on the same stock and the same product list.
For anything with a shelf life, entering an expiry date at goods receiving switches on batch tracking, and stock goes out earliest-expiry first.
